Brown Vs. Board of Education Takes Hit?

“Racial preference gave this man a seat in college, but he dropped out anyway.”
Skool - After the Supreme Court filed it 5-4 ruling, it decreed that race based school assignment programs in Seattle and Louisville are now invalid. Essentially it says you can’t get into certain school programs based on the color of your skin. Many are saying this is a serious threat to Brown Vs. Board of Education. It would be if whites were getting preferential treatment. This rule just weeds out those not willing to work for it. As Judge Anthony Kennedy said:
This nation has a moral and ethical obligation to fulfill its historic commitment to creating an integrated society that ensures equal opportunity for all of its children. A compelling interest exists in avoiding racial isolation, an interest that a school district, in its discretion and expertise, may choose to pursue.
Sure racial isolation sounds like a problem, but if you want to scare some whites, hit the books and get into the schools they get into.
Some: idea.

All this nonsense says is that it’s unconsitutional to artificially racially integrate districts, instead of assigning kids to schools so that each race is equally represented. Dat shit be nonsense!!!
