“Where you at Kobayashi??”

A US man broke the national hot dog record. Joe Chestnut, 22, of San Jose, California, crushed the record of 53 3/4 hot dogs by almost 6 dogs. The previous record held by Japan’s Takeru Kobayashi is now held by Chestnut’s 59 1/2 hot dogs. Ryan Nerz, who works for major league eating, had this to say:

He’s unbelievable – he just keeps on going. I always thought there was a limit – a limit to the human stomach and a limit to human willpower – but I guess not.

It seems only fitting that the most obese country bring the title back home. Japan can have the Miss Universe title, we’ll take extra large soda.
