Dekalb, Illinois – A monster truck that was performing tricks in front of an auto parts store lost control and plowed into nine people. A mother and child are in serious condition while the other seven, including another mother and her four children were treated and released. The demonstration, which was held by NAPA Auto Parts was supposed to be about monster truck crushing four cars. As City Manager Mark Biernacki:

After its third or fourth attempt of rolling over the cars, and getting back down to the street, it appeared to have lost control and at that point careened off to the left into part of the crowd that was watching the event.

Considering this was held in the Midwest, it is no surprise that this is the kind of entertainment people and their kids would attend. If they wanted anything more shocking and jaw dropping, they could have had two people who WEREN’T related kissing. Throw on some NAPA Auto Parts t-shirt and you got yourself a promo event. To further prove my jaw dropping commentary, here is a quote from 16 year old, Patrick Sheridan:

[The final pass] was like a full-out jump because he, like, floored it and it just went up and landed on the back tires and kept going. It sounded like he couldn’t get the gas off and like it kept going and going and going.
